What youll do:

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students whove expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest build rapport and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options career pathways and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions remove barriers and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

Who you are:

• Empathetic mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up.
• Strong consultative sales approach you listen advise and guide prospects toward the best path.
• Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).
• Previous admissions enrollment healthcare recruiting or higher-education sales experience preferred.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years customer service telemarketing or sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word Excel Outlook
• Regular in-person attendance up to 5 days per week on campus/on site is an essential function of this position
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
