Care Coordinator (Medical ReceptionistPSR)

Strive Physical Therapy a member of the Confluent Health family is looking for a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team!

• Salary: $17-$18/HR
• Location: Absecon New Jersey 08205
• Schedule:Mon - Fri. Shifts may start at 6:45A - 2Pm or 2P - 8:15PM Must be available for both opening and closing shifts and willingess to cover at other clinics when needed.

Create a welcoming professional first impression for patients visitors and referral sources
Manage front desk operations including patient check-in check-out scheduling insurance
verification/authorization and phone calls
Review schedule and follow up on incoming referrals by gathering information creating or updating patient
records and helping patients understand next steps
Keep patient flow and schedules moving by confirming appointments working waitlists filling
cancellations and following up with patients who need future visits
Collect copays balances and other patient payments accurately and professionally including basic
payment tracking or reconciliation when needed
Protect patient privacy and uphold HIPAA standards in all front desk interactions and documentation

High School Diploma or GED
Experience in a medical front desk healthcare reception physical therapy chiropractic dental
or similar clinical office setting preferred but not required.
Strong communication organization multitasking and follow-up skills
Comfort using computers phones scheduling systems electronic medical records email and basic
spreadsheets
Ability to discuss payments scheduling expectations and basic insurance information with
professionalism
A calm patient-centered approach with strong attention to detail and a willingness to help the team
