- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest and team care inquiries
- Coordinate and manage scheduling requests across departments
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide empathetic and professional support to guests and colleagues
- Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure complete satisfaction
- Assist in developing care procedures and best practices
- Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
