Scheduler / Care Coordinator (EarlyStage Startup Role) Stafford TX Fulltime

Were is launching a new homecare agency in Stafford TX and we need a builder not just a scheduler. If you love solving problems moving fast and creating order out of chaos youll thrive here.

Your Mission Keep our clients cared for and our caregivers supported by running a tight reliable schedule every single day.

You Will:

Own the scheduling function endtoend
Jump on calloffs and fill shifts with speed and creativity
Build relationships with caregivers so they want to pick up shifts
Use scheduling platforms like AxisCare WellSky ClearCare or similar tools
Partner with the owner on intake staffing strategy and workflow design
Help create the systems and processes that will scale the business
Participate in the oncall rotation as part of our shared commitment to reliability
