Care Center Supervisor (Embalming license Required)

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Care Center Supervisor to lead our team at South Park Funeral Home and Crematory in Pearland Texas serving families across the Houston metro area. This role is ideal for a licensed embalmer who thrives in a high-volume fast-paced care center and is ready to take on a meaningful leadership opportunity. • Train and mentor staff; uphold all logging identification casket and cremation procedures
• Coordinate case scheduling workflow and team assignments
• Support embalming needs during peak volume
• Maintain accurate chain-of-custody documentation
• Use and adapt to ATLAS and other digital case-management tools
• Participate in a rotating weekend schedule

• Current Texas Embalmer License or ability to reciprocate
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and digital systems
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced care center environment
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional care to families
• Efficient focused work style with the ability to lead by example
