Job Description:

Temporary Assignment August to December 2026

Location: El Paso Texas (Onsite Only)

Adabel Office: 1340 Adabel Dr El Paso TX 79936

Starting Pay: $16.00/hour increasing to $18.00/hour after successful graduation from the 4-week training program.

End of Season Bonus of $500.00; you must be actively employed at the end of the assignment for the bonus. Operations will communicate additional details and requirements.

This is a temporary onsite opportunity. Candidates must reside in the El Paso Texas area and be available to train and work onsite for the entire duration of the assignment which is expected to continue to December 2026.

What You Will Do

As a Care Advocate youll make outbound welcome calls to newly enrolled health plan members providing education answering questions and connecting members with valuable healthcare resources. Youll serve as the first point of contact for many members ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience while delivering compassionate high-quality service.

You will support Medicare Advantage members many of whom are elderly or living with disabilities. Success in this role requires patience empathy attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound welcome calls to newly enrolled health plan members.

Educate members about their healthcare benefits and available resources.

Verify member information and ensure accurate documentation.

Answer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Identify member needs and connect them with appropriate services.

Navigate multiple computer systems while documenting interactions in real time.

Deliver a positive personalized experience on every call.

Maintain compliance with quality privacy and HIPAA requirements.

Quality interactions are reviewed weekly and employees are expected to maintain a quality score of 95% or higher. A positive attitude empathy and attention to detail are critical performance expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum one year of customer service experience resolving customer concerns; call center experience preferred.

Ability to work in a high-volume fast-paced environment.

Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.

Healthcare or health insurance experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Candidates must reside in El Paso Texas.

Training is fully onsite.

This position remains onsite for the entire assignment.

Assignment begins August 28 2026 with a tentative end date of December 2026.
