Position Overview
An established healthcare organization is seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist to join its Cardiovascular Lab on a full-time day this role you will perform and assist with cardiac and vascular imaging procedures including complex interventional radiographic procedures while utilizing advanced cardiovascular imaging equipment. You will work alongside a collaborative clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform cardiac and vascular radiographic examinations.
Assist with interventional cardiovascular procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
Operate sophisticated cardiovascular imaging and radiographic equipment safely and effectively.
Prepare patients for procedures while ensuring comfort and safety.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and quality standards.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide outstanding patient care.
Required Qualifications
Associate degree.
Current Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certification or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
Experience with special procedures in a cardiovascular or interventional setting.
