Job Summary
The Department of Cardiovascular Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible cardiac surgeon with expertise in aortic surgery to join our cardiac surgery and endovascular practice. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-volume quaternary care program recognized for innovation quality and multidisciplinary care.
The selected candidate will play a key role in advancing Mayo Clinics comprehensive aortic program across the clinical academic and research missions of the institution.
Qualifications
- MD/DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Thoracic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Demonstrated expertise in open and endovascular aortic procedures
- Experience with surgical treatment of complex aortic pathologies
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota
