Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will be a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate high-quality care that truly impacts our patients well-being and recovery.

Every day you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized comprehensive care making critical assessments performing skilled procedures and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Youll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

  • Provides comprehensive safe and effective evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
  • Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (i.e. Lab vitals signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
  • Recognizes limits of scope of practice seeks multidisciplinary collaboration utilizes appropriate resources and follows chain of command.
  • Delegates tasks based on the needs of the patient potential for harm patient stability task complexity and outcome predictability within the scope of skill set and practice.
  • Participates as a team member by utilizing team skills effectively on a daily basis.
  • Uses knowledge of cultural differences to provide patient care that is sensitive to and consistent with cultural values beliefs and customs.
Job Requirements

  • ADN Diploma BSN or Foreign Equivalent
  • Registered Nurse: AZ
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • American Heart Association ACLS within 6 months

Preferred

  • One year recent acute care experience
  • Bachelors of Science Nursing
