JOB REQUIREMENTS
Active Arizona PA License or Arizona APRN License
NCCPA (PA) or ANCC/AANP (NP)
Active DEA
ACLS and BLS (AHA)
Minimum 3 Years of Recent CT Surgery Experience with EVH
PA - Graduate of Accredited PA Program and NCCPA Certified
NP - Graduate of Acute Care NP Program RN/NP First Assistant Program and Arizona APRN License
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage cardiothoracic surgery patients in the CVICU and step-down unit
Assist with cardiothoracic surgical procedures
Perform EVH and approved bedside procedures
Provide weekday and weekend call coverage
Document patient care in Cerner and collaborate with the cardiothoracic surgery team
