Join a Patient-Centered Cardiology Program in Big Sky Country
The Great Falls Clinic and Great Falls Hospital are seeking an experienced Cardiology NP/PA to join our expanding health system in Great Falls Montana.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join an established Cardiology program while contributing to continued growth of healthcare services in the region.

  • Experienced physician on staff including one cardiac surgeon with a 2nd surgeon starting soon one vascular surgeon two interventional cardiologists and one non-invasive cardiologist.
  • Full-time M-F 0800-1700
  • No call
  • Diverse practice including clinic and hospital rounds
  • Large internal referral center and ability to build on existing patient base
  • Acute Care Hospital with full complement of referring specialties in-house
  • 36 inpatient beds 10 bed Open ICU 2 cath lab suites with 8-bed pre/postprocedure care unit
  • 5 ORs 4 OR Surgery Center and dedicated 5 observation beds
  • Busy 8 Bed ED with highly experienced staff
  • Hospitalist support and dedicated nocturnists
  • Quick access to supporting specialists and emergent care
  • State of the art facility and diagnostics

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive transparent compensation structure designed to reward quality and productivity. Final compensation is determined by experience subspecialty training and productivity (wRVU model).

Ideal Candidate

  • 3-4 years of previous experience in Cardiology
  • Current Montana State Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License required
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Committed to high-quality patient-centered care
