- Conduct patient histories physical exams and formulate diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Perform inpatient rounding and manage follow-up care for cardiology patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including physicians RNs and support staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR.
