Service Setting: Outpatient

Clinical Shift Schedule: MonFri; 8a-5p
FACILITY INFORMATION
Team Composition: 1 Physician and 2 APPs
Specialty collaboration with Internal Medicine Neurology Orthopedics and other specialties
Supportive clinical and administrative staff
No. of Beds: 61
EMR: Cerner

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Electrocardiogram (EKG) interpretation
Ambulatory cardiac monitoring
Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE)
Nuclear stress testing (preferred)
Stress echocardiography (preferred)
Device management (preferred but not required)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Active VT Medical License or willing to obtain
BC/BE in Cardiology (If BE graduation date must be provided)
DEA
CPR
Most recent NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days)
1 year of post-training experience
