Job Summary
Must have 2 years of Cath Lab experience and able to take call!Radiologic Technologist trained in all aspects of scrubbing and running the Xray equipment associated with all procedures for both the Cardiac Cath Lab and Special Procedures Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupports and promotes the mission and values of Covenant Health in for Cardiac Cath Lab and Special Heart images to assure they possess the density contrast detail and structures to allow the physician to make a special procedures radiography using appropriate equipment according to department areas to be maintained neatly and orderly and prepared throughout the day for examinations with special emphasis at the end of shift. Table and equipment cleaned and ready for next patient. Materials assigned examination within prescribed amount of time according to for duty in a timely manner in scrubs ready for patient requisition for pertinent information and special and preps patients and set up equipment for all and assists physician during diagnostic and interventional all unusual reactions or conditions to judgment in providing information based on the situation and is sensitive to individual and organizational willingness to rotate among various shifts or departments to adjust staffing to meet patient care duties as consistent with this RequirementsJob Knowledge and SkillsExplains to and includes the patient in his/her to include but not limited to Balloon Pump and and ExperienceCurrent NH ARRT license requiredBasic Cardiac Life Support certification requiredAdvanced Cardiac Life Support certification requiredCompletion of a certificate or degree course of study in radiologic technologyAn equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements.
