• $631250 Base Salary
• 8 Weeks of PTO

Practice Environment:

• 26 ORs 2 OBs 615 beds Level II Trauma
• Available shifts: 10s 12s 14s 24s
• Typical day when not on call: 7 am 5 pm
• Weeknight call: even rotation of 1 per week
• Post-call day off
• Weekend call: 1 weekend per month

Qualifications:

• Active state license DEA State CDS
• Board certification
• Fellowship Trained
• ACLS PALS BLS
