Part timeJOB SUMMARY: Assist Car Wash Manager in car wash operations including training light wash maintenance customer service bay cleaning and service maintenance relations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guiding vehicles onto the conveyor or into the wash
- Spraying (prepping) vehicles for the automatic wash
- Create loyal customers
- Provide customers with courteous enthusiastic service
- Assist customers with wash questions and or concerns
- Responsible for keeping the bay clean
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Customer service-oriented/excellent customer service skills
- Communicate effectively with customers management associates and maintenance personnel
- Ability to walk and stand on feet for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)
- Reach over your head frequently and comfortably
- Lift carry pull or push up to 60 pounds
- Bend kneel squat or stand
- Work in a heated and/or cold environment
- Climb an extension ladder
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:
- High School or equivalent
