Job Summary
The Flow Express Car Wash is looking for an enthusiastic and motivatedManager to help oversee the smooth daily operations of the car wash while supporting an outstanding guest this role you will work closely with the General Manager to help train and develop the team drive performance deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
This full time position requires open availability including evenings and weekends. With the opportunity to earn $50000.00 $75000.00 annually (based on experience).

You Will...
- Welcome and engage guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Educate guests about and enroll them in our luxury membership programs
- Safely and efficiently load vehicles using clear hand signals and a positive attitude
- Ensure every guest receives a thorough enjoyable car wash experience
- Conduct preventative maintenance according to schedule
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs when needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the site including landscaping and vacuum stations
- Ensure all vacuums and equipment are fully functional
- Assist with opening and closing the site
- Support daily operations and provide coaching training and motivation for team members
- Help the team achieve sales goals and high service standards
- Ensure paperwork and operational reports are completed accurately and on time
You Have...
- At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail-style environment
- Car wash experience preferred
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude with a team-first mindset
