Job Summary
The Assistant Manager will ensure that daily operations of the car wash are running successfully and provide support throughout the entire wash process to guarantee a Good Clean Fun car wash experience. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!!! MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY!!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash
- Recruit manage and train staff
- Create and enforce policies and procedures
- Process all transactions and reconcile all sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Maintain appropriate inventory and supplies
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are adhered to
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports
