Job Summary:

Optimized Technical Solutions (OTS) is looking for a Capture & Business Development Manager who knows how to identify pursue and secure new business opportunities while supporting the companys long-term growth strategy. This role leads to capture efforts throughout the federal contracting lifecycle develops customer and partner relationships coordinates proposal strategies and collaborates with operations and executive leadership to increase revenue and expand OTSs market presence. The Director monitors industry trends identifies upcoming opportunities and ensures capture activities align with OTSs strategic objectives and business development goals.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

Lead OTSs NASA SEWP contract vehicle strategy while supporting business development capture management proposal development strategic partnerships and customer engagement. Identify and qualify federal opportunities develop capture plans build relationships with government agencies and industry partners coordinate proposal efforts and support long-term corporate growth initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership to expand OTSs federal market presence and increase prime contract awards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering Information Technology Government Contracting or a related field.

• Proposal Management
• GWAC and IDIQ contract experience
• Customer relationship Management
• Strategic planning
• Team leadership
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• PMP certificate (Preferred but NOT required)

Work Environment

Office environment. Requires ability to provide clear concise accurate and timely communication both verbally and in writing (100%). Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers management and client (100%). Occasional business travel may be required. Only requested and approved expenses will be covered by OTS.
