Position Title:Capsule Line Operator Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivatedFull-TimeProduction Line Attendant to join ourGrowveteam inSouthern Utah atour new brand-focused role will support our Production Capsule Line production department in a safe and efficient manner.

Objectives &Responsibilities:

• Main operator for the encapsulation machine as part of the Capsule production line.
• Will bemainPOC for Capsule lineperformance andwill have Capsule line attendants report to them as part of responsibilities for leadership and guidance.
• Responsible for developing KPIs andmaintaining/improving uponthem onceestablished.
• Responsible for understanding/developing/and learning each teammembersresponsibility as it relates to the different pieces of equipmentutilizedin capsule production.
• Inspect the product throughoutrunto conform to company standards.
• Perform 1v1 coaching goal-setting and continuous improvement initiatives withinCapsuleline team.
• Maintain proper function of equipment through PMs.
• Running of specific manufacturing equipment on the production linedependingon production needs including but not limited to capper blender polisher counter case taping etc.

Skills &Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Capsule Production Food/Supplement Manufacturing and/or hasoperatedan encapsulation machine previously.
• Ability to be a team player and willing to take directions from management and crew leader.
• Has a continuous improvement mindset to improve processes on the productionline.
• Required to wearappropriate personalprotective equipment (PPE) and adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
• Demonstrate reliability and dependability.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. when needed isrequired.
• Position requires standing for the duration of the shift.
• May be exposed to airborne powder particles.
• Must be able to work in an environment with allergens including nut exposure.
• Successfully passing our criminal background check.
