A premier global law firm is seeking a Capital Markets Associate Attorney to join its Denver office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing issuers underwriters public companies and other sophisticated market participants in complex capital markets and securities transactions.

36 years of capital markets securities or corporate transactional experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

Experience representing public companies issuers underwriters investment banks and other market participants in capital markets transactions

Experience handling public and private offerings of equity and debt securities including IPOs follow-on offerings and other securities offerings

Experience advising clients regarding SEC reporting obligations Exchange Act compliance disclosure requirements and corporate governance matters

Experience drafting and reviewing registration statements offering documents underwriting agreements and related transaction documentation

Experience advising boards of directors and management teams regarding ongoing public company matters is preferred

Strong drafting negotiation analytical and communication skills

Ability to manage sophisticated transactions while working directly with clients and deal teams

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Colorado bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Sophisticated global capital markets platform

Exposure to complex securities offerings and public company matters

Significant client interaction and responsibility
