Job Summary
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance Business or related analytical field.
2-5 years in capital markets private lending warehouse lending structured finance or mortgage banking; DSCR or residential transition lending experience preferred.
Solid understanding of DSCR underwriting fundamentals collateral credit and risk pricing.
Experience with secondary market loan sale execution and investor relationship management.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Prescreen DSCR loans and provide pricing decisions aligned with Company strategy and investor guidelines.
Own end-to-end DSCR loan sale process with investors from commitment through delivery; negotiate and manage sale agreements.
Sustain investor relationships and gather market feedback to inform pricing guidelines and product direction.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and refine DSCR pricing frameworks and program scalability.
Monitor pipeline metrics fallout and risk indicators; report to leadership
