The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact through a secondment as Capability Lead Campus Enablement ESD. Reporting to the Delivery and Engagement Lead youll play a key role in supporting and delivering the ICT needs for the Universitys Building and Property Division by leading high-profile programs developing organisational capability and driving the adoption of modern technology practices.

Youll have the opportunity to lead a talented team collaborate with stakeholders across B&P and the University and influence the delivery of innovative technology solutions that support operational and strategic priorities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading change building strong partnerships and developing people while delivering outcomes in a complex and evolving environment. Key Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated leadership experience delivering complex IT programs projects and technology services in a large or complex environment.

  • Proven ability to lead coach and develop high-performing technical teams.

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align technology initiatives to organisational priorities.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement communication and influencing skills with experience building trusted partnerships across diverse groups.

  • Experience leading change driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation.

  • Strong program and project management capability including governance planning budgeting and resource management.

  • Relevant postgraduate qualification and/or equivalent senior-level experience in technology project management or a related discipline with Agile and/or IT service management experience desirable.
