The Role
We are seeking an organized detail-oriented Data Analyst Administratorto keep our daily operations running this role you will partner closely with management to handle scheduling streamline attendance and payroll processes and support cross-functional projects across our office sales and R&D departments.

What Youll Do

Time & Attendance: Manage timesheets track paid time off (PSL) monitor break logs and update daily attendance records.
Office Coordination: Answer phones direct inquiries manage meeting schedules (room reservations and materials) and maintain filing systems.
Reporting & KPIs: Compile and create KPI performance reports using Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and manage tasks via Basecamp.
Project & Sample Support: Assist the sales and R&D teams by building product samples assembling vendor kits and managing sample distribution.
Daily Logistics: Distribute supplies deliver documents to building managers and provide excellent internal customer service.

What You Need

Age & Experience: Must be 21 years old with at least 1 year of administrative experience.
Education: High School Diploma GED or equivalent.
Tech Skills: Advanced computer skills specifically a strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Requirements: Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and a valid Washington State Food Worker Card.
Work Environment: Comfortable working in a dynamic setting that may involve exposure to moderate noise dust and potential workplace hazards.
