Canadian Registered Nurses – Skilled Nursing

We are actively recruiting Canadian Registered Nurses (RNs) for a full-time opportunity with an established skilled nursing organization in Southeastern Missouri.

This is an excellent opportunity for Canadian RNs looking to relocate to the United States build a long-term nursing career and receive support throughout the U.S. licensing and immigration process.

• Provide compassionate patient-centered nursing care
• Assess residents clinical needs and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status
• Coordinate care with physicians families and interdisciplinary teams
• Advocate for patients and support their families throughout the care process
• Accurately document assessments interventions and patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements
• Support and mentor other members of the nursing team
• Respond effectively to emergencies and critical situations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Canadian RN registration/licensure
• Passed NCLEX-RN
• VisaScreen Certificate
• TOEFL unless exempt as a native English speaker
• Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Long-term care
  • Skilled nursing
  • Home care
  • Hospice
  • Medical-surgical nursing
• Ability to obtain Missouri RN licensure
• Strong clinical judgment communication and decision-making skills
