As our Campus Vendor Manager youll be the bridge between our internal teams our customer and our external partners. Youll ensure that every vendor relationship runs smoothlyfrom onboarding and compliance quote requests document validation and alignment with customer scopes. This role is responsible for maintaining the established vendor management program under the direction of the Director of Vendor Management with a dotted line to the Data Center Manager. Your work will directly influence our ability to deliver on time maintain quality and provide excellent service to our customers or internal requesters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate vendor onboarding including contract setup compliance documentation and system integration.
- Facilitating NDA and VMSA execution via DocuSign to required signers.
- Strong knowledge of contracts review including redlines and negotiations.
- Tracking tasks and monitoring incoming requests both internal and external.
- Collaborate with sales procurement operations and finance teams to ensure clear understanding of contracts MSAs SOWs and timelines.
- Maintain accurate vendor records in our systems and ensure data integrity.
- Identify opportunities to improve vendor relationships.
- Maintain folders that contain vendor information including contact details services offered and performance records.
- Track and report on purchase orders and vendor invoicing activity as part of vendor management processes.
- Supports all department contracts including the administration of a contract repository and expiration tracker.
- Evaluate requests for vendor relationships from internal stakeholders guide them through the standard framework for vendor onboarding and provide comparative analysis to support a well-informed contract awarding process without bias.
- Works with applicable Account Coordinator/Finance Team to review and align payable and receivables with active vendor contracts ensuring tracking and communication between Vendor Management and Finance.
- Assist site team with budgeting and forecasting activities by providing current data via trackers and historical documents.
- Be a resource for site teams on contract procedures concepts policies and changes to the same as it relates to vendor management.
- Strong emphasis with Capital Projects and purchasing of goods for our customers.
Competencies:
- 2 years of experience in vendor management procurement coordination or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and a knack for turning challenges into solutions.
- Familiarity with contract terms compliance requirements and performance metrics.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility including the willingness and ability to readily respond to changing circumstances and expectations.
- Solid work ethic and integrity able to work effectively and be self-directed.
- Provide exceptional client and vendor relationships ensuring success with our preferred suppliers.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business administration accounting legal studies finance or a related area of study
- 2 years of experience in vendor management procurement coordination or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce OneNote Smartsheet and DocuSign.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel Outlook (etc.)
- Familiarity with strategic sourcing processes.
- Experience working in facilities management critical facilities or data centers.

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure
The base salary range for this role starts at $80000-$85000 per year. This reflects agoodfaithestimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire based on factors such as skills experience education and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health dental and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) gym discount mental health Discounted Group Life & AD&D Discounted Group Short & Long-term Disability 401(k) retirement matching PTO/paid holidays and parental leave. Final compensation will be determined by jobrelated factors consistent with applicable law.
