JOB SUMMARY
TheCamper HousingCoordinators overall objective is to ensure thatevery camper has an appropriate housing assignment based onWoodwardhousing must professionallycommunicateand engagewithcampers andtheirfamilies whilebeingdirectly involved with camper arrivals and departures each week.TheHousingCoordinatorisknowledgeable in guest services andhousingproceduresand establishes a culture of consistency to ensure the qualitywithindepartment.The Housing Coordinatoris criticaltoachieving an unparalleled experience forcampers & their parents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Hospitality Manager to communicate with head cabin counselor.
Managenightly cabin roll callassignments.
Servethe needs of campers and parents with patiencecompassionandconfidence.
Executehousing assignments forcampers.
Efficientlycommunicateneeds and safety concerns.
Manage accountability ofallcamperson-site throughouteachweek.
Coordinate camper birthday announcementsand celebration.
Execute pre-season set up end of seasoncloseout playbook review and reporting.
Maintain radio communication using proper etiquette.
Facilitate onsite camper laundry processes.
Assist in camper parent/guardian communication.
Organizedailycamper housing inspections.
Conduct weekly housing checks on units in use.
Communicate all maintenanceneedsto uphold safe and sanitizedfacilities.
Assist Guest Services- phone coverage as needed.
Support programming leadership staff in executing the Woodward program standard for all campers
Carry out the Woodward Guest Services standards Be Safe Be Friendly Be Helpful Be Proud.
Support operational departments in carrying out the Woodward mission in creating a safe and fun environment for all campers.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
-/Campers (7-17 years old)per week

Comfortability in interacting with kids aged 7-17
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent
Customer Service experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite comfortable presenting and deploying new technologies
Demonstrated broad technical knowledge ofmanagement techniques
Proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments to work as part of a team
Provide work related references upon request
Employment in this position is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-hire background checks including criminal history clearance through the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH) child abuse clearance through the Department of Public Welfare Motor Vehicle Record if required by position and federal background screening via FBI fingerprinting
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a camp environment preferred

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical Capabilities: ben twist push pull stand lift 50 lbs.
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor and indoor all-season environment.
Adhere to all workplace safety practices expectations and guidelines.
