Job Summary
Join OneTouch Direct as a Call Center Sales and Customer Support Agent in Tampa FL supporting T-Mobile and be part of a dedicated team delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth! - Base Pay: $15 hr.
- GREAT Earning opportunities: Competitive hourly pay PLUS uncapped bonuses!
- 6 checks per month: Weekly bonus payouts plus bi-weekly hourly pay checks!
In this sales position you will:
- Take inbound and make outbound calls to potential and existing customers promoting products and services.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to boost sales.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous sales or call center experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking during calls.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
