We are searching for a polite (Part-time/full-time) professional Remote Call Centre Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time fully remote position. At Schat Communications we employ the latest in wireless Internet technology to provide the widest coverage for the communities we serve. As a Call Centre Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service resolving queries and acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for our brand. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner.
• Identify and assess customer needs to provide accurate information and achieve satisfaction.
• Assist customers with basic technical support and troubleshooting for wireless internet services.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints providing appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Process orders forms and requests with precision and care.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints in our CRM system.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
• Adhere to company communication procedures guidelines and policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a customer support or call centre role is essential.
• Exceptional communication interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multi-task prioritise and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
• A dedicated quiet home office space and a reliable high-speed internet connection are required.
• Previous experience in the telecommunications or internet service provider industry is highly desirable but not essential.
