Job Description: Call Center Representative at Compass Realty Inc
The Call Center Representative at Compass Realty Inc is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries lead follow-up appointment scheduling and general client support. This role requires strong communication skills a friendly phone presence and the ability to accurately capture information and route calls or leads appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from prospective buyers sellers tenants and current clients regarding property listings and services.
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads confirm appointments and re-engage cold or inactive prospects.
Qualify leads by gathering key information (budget timeline property preferences financing status) and routing them to the appropriate agent.
Schedule property showings consultations and follow-up calls using the companys CRM or scheduling system.
Provide basic information about listings company services and the buying/selling/renting process.
Accurately log call details lead information and outcomes in the CRM after every interaction.
Handle client questions or concerns professionally escalating complex issues to agents or supervisors as needed.
Follow up with clients post-showing or post-transaction to gather feedback or address concerns.
Meet call volume lead conversion and appointment-setting targets.
Maintain a positive professional tone on every call to reflect the companys brand and reputation.
Stay informed on current listings promotions and company policies to answer questions accurately.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of call center customer service or telemarketing experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly professional phone manner.
Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and lead tracking.
Comfortable using CRM software dialers and basic computer applications.
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections or difficult callers calmly.
Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills.
