Schedule:

• First 30 days for training: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
• Full-Time Schedule:Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Compensation: $18-$19/hour depending on experience

What Youll Do:

• Answerinbound callsfrom new and existing patients
• Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between offices and staff
• Assist patients by answering questions transferring calls and updating account information
• Work with multiple dental systems to efficiently manage appointment schedules
• Maintain call quality standards and meet call center KPIs
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service at all times ensuring every patient feels valued

Qualifications:

• 1 years of recent experience as aCall Center Representativeor in an administrative role
• Minimum typing speed of40 WPM
• Medical setting experience is a plus but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Apassionfor customer service and helping others!
