Experience Required:- 2 - 30 years of experience

Field service support experience under manufacturing domain ITIL SLA incident management IMAC smart hands support

On network servers OT security service now ticking tool experience asset management stock management audit escalation management

Meeting room support excellent in customer communication good to have team management skill ops lead role for EUC role.
