Position Summary
We are seeking a Call Center Agent to assist customers by handling inbound and outbound communications addressing inquiries and providing information regarding company services.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information
- Document customer interactions in company systems
- Resolve routine issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Maintain knowledge of company services and procedures
- Meet quality and productivity standards
- Follow established communication and compliance guidelines
Qualifications :

- Basic computer and data entry proficiency
