Position Summary

We are seeking a Call Center Agent to assist customers by handling inbound and outbound communications addressing inquiries and providing information regarding company services.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information
• Document customer interactions in company systems
• Resolve routine issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Maintain knowledge of company services and procedures
• Meet quality and productivity standards

Qualifications :
