Are you passionate about baking creativity and delivering exceptional products We are looking for an enthusiastic Baker / Cake Decorator to join our growing bakery team. If you enjoy creating beautiful cakes preparing fresh baked goods and making customers smile wed love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Bake a variety of cakes cupcakes cookies muffins breads and pastries.
- Decorate cakes and specialty desserts according to customer orders and bakery standards.
- Create custom designs using buttercream fondant piping and other decorating techniques.
- Prepare fillings frostings glazes and toppings.
- Maintain product quality consistency and presentation standards.
- Follow recipes and production schedules.
- Keep work areas clean organized and compliant with food safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous baking and cake decorating experience preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques ingredients and decorating methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with strong artistic skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Food Handlers Permit preferred (or ability to obtain one).
