WE LOVE OUR WORK.

- Performs functions to manage the Cage department on assigned shift. - Exercises good judgment in reviewing internal Audit findings and implements corrective action within the limits of established policies. - This position is responsible for providing a high level of guest service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members. - Develops departmental procedures and policies to ensure compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations. - investigates shortages and errors; recommends and implements corrective action to protect company assets. - Analyzes guest counts and trends to determine necessary staffing levels. - Ensures all departmental staff is trained on policies procedures and methods. - Responds to guest complaints or problems and ensures corrective action is taken to prevent reoccurrence in the future. - Other duties as assigned.

- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent required; or two to four years of related customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - 2-3 years of managerial and cash handling experience preferred. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook etc.). - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public. - Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. - Must have the ability to interact with guests staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. - Knowledge of all office machines and tools (jet sort coin roller 10-key by touch Credit card cash advance systems). - Ability to work all shifts including nights weekends and holidays as business needs dictate. PHYSiCAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop kneel and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance.
