POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to speak understand read and write in the English language;
- Ability to understand food preparation safety instructions and sanitary requirements
- Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production procedures
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
- Ability to operate large and small kitchen equipment and tools.
- High School diploma or GED
- Food handler certification
