CAD Drafter
St. Paul MN Contract to Hire $22-$26/hour

Konik is partnered with a growing and innovative client in Saint Paul seeking to add an entry-level CAD Drafter to their this role you will create various drawings for installations prototypes packaging and similar work supporting a diverse set of business units. The CAD Drafter will work with manufacturing personnel to resolve drafting-related issues and participate in new product development projects. Our client is a leader in their industry with a host of capabilities and locations across the country. CAD Drafter Responsibilities:

• Use drafting and design tools to detail and design large and small installations
• Process engineering change requests (ECR) as required.
• Verify dimensional integrity of part details materials to be used the relation of one part to another and the relation of various parts to the whole structure or project.
• Draw finished designs from sketches assemblies and detailed drawings for special sales orders or changes to standard products.

• Associates or Certificate in Drafting; 1 year or relevant experience new grads considered
• Training and/or experience with AutoCAD SolidWorks or similar programs
• Background in architecture graphics or mechanical design is beneficial
