As a CAD Designer you will be responsible for creating refining and developing comprehensive technical and construction drawings for high-quality residential building projects. Working alongside architects engineers and project managers you will ensure every design elementfrom custom cabinetry to structural specificationsis functional inspiring and accurate.

• Technical Drafting:Create detailed technical drawings construction blueprints and comprehensive residential plans.

• Software Expertise:UtilizeChief Architectsoftware to produce high-quality accurate designs including custom cabinet elements and detailed residential layouts.

• Compliance & Standards:Ensure all designs strictly adhere to local building codes structural material requirements and advanced construction techniques.

• Documentation:Maintain meticulous project records and manage system operation updates throughout all phases of construction.

• Team Collaboration:Work closely with internal project teams to support budget-variance management and ensure on-time project milestone delivery.

• Education:Minimum Associates Degree or 2-year Technical Degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.

• Experience:4 years of professional experience strictly withinResidential Construction.

• Technical Skills:Exceptional understanding of architectural drawings building codes materials and residential layouts.

• Software Proficiency:Strong hands-on experience with CAD software; proficiency inChief Architectis highly preferred.

• Core Competencies:Supreme attention to detail independent troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to manage custom cabinet design components.
