Job Summary
Cabling / Low Voltage Superintendent
- 100% travel required within the US; all travel expenses covered.
- High-level leadership role overseeing low-voltage cabling projects especially in hyperscale data centers.
- Responsible for multiple concurrent projects on-site supervision and ensuring technical quality safety cost and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Provide leadership training and guidance to project staff; participate in hiring to maintain skill levels.
- Maintain strong customer relationships resolve escalated issues and manage account responsibilities.
- Oversee material management and provide daily updates on project tracking.
- Participate in project meetings and pre-/post-bid activities.
- Conduct technical training for low voltage technicians and leads.
- Ensure compliance with HR safety company policies and documentation requirements.
- Minimum 5 years experience managing low-voltage/structured cabling technicians required.
- Preferred experience: hyperscale data centers Meta or Microsoft projects.
- Must be proficient in interpreting project documents (Scope of Work Bill of Materials blueprints schedules).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal in English) required.
- Proficiency with low voltage tools and ability to train others.
- Valid drivers license and up-to-date certifications required.
- RCDD and DCDC BICSI certifications are a plus but not required.
- Bachelors degree not required.
