• Prep sand clean and finish cabinet doors drawer fronts and frames
  
  
• Apply primer and paint using sprayers and other finishing tools
  
  
• Follow instructions from the project manager and adhere to Kitchen Tune-Up Trustpoints
  
  
• Assist with cabinet door and drawer front removal installation and reassembly
  
  
• Drill for hinges; install doors drawer fronts and roll-out trays
  
  
• Maintain a clean organized workspace and complete daily cleanup
  
  
• Communicate progress with the project manager
  
  
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
  
  

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  
  
• Experience in painting refinishing or woodworking preferred
  
  
• Ability to safely operate power tools (table saw band saw router planer nail gun etc.)
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  
  
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
  
  
• Willingness to learn new techniques and follow established processes
