We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with specialities in Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU Operating Room. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age frailty and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Critical to this role is strong communication and strong collaboration with patients providers and other members of our team. At least 2 years of experience and exceptional skill is required.

• Provide skilled nursing care including patient assessments medication administration and treatment planning.
• Manage case management and hospice care for patients with advancing age frailty and serious illness.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including patients providers and other healthcare members.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of work.
• Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of two years hospital home health or hospice care experience.
• Clinical assessment medication administration and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work.

• Experience in Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU or Operating Room specialties.
• Advanced certifications related to specialty areas.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication required with interdisciplinary teams.
• May require on-call availability depending on facility needs.

• Part-time position 13 weeks duration 30 hours guaranteed per week.
• Shift assignments and schedule to be determined by facility management.
