The C4N Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of all communication systems of the U.S. Navys Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) program on-base.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance repair installation etc. for all system computers navigation radar GPS antennas networks and displays
Being proactive to ensure accurate operations of all systems performing troubleshooting and repairs as necessary
Support C4N integration troubleshooting repair planning testing
Ensure all installation is done appropriately
Field support at ACU/NBU locations as required
Develop and maintain professional results-oriented relationships that strengthen FWGs reputation and support positive outcomes through documented communication timely response and issue resolution
Anticipate customer concerns and engage early to mitigate risk resolve performance issues and uphold FWGs record of quality and reliability
Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and mission focus across the team
Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Associates Degree in Electronics Communications navigation systems IT/networking or other related field
Licenses & Certifications:
Active Secret Security Clearance
DODM 8140.03 required
Security preferred
Experience:
Ten plus (10) years of experience in similar subject matter expert role
Extensive knowledge and in C4N training
OME/vendor training required
