*This position is for the LCAC 100 Program

The C4N Systems Engineer will be the subject matter expert for the engineering command of the U.S. Navys Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) program on-base. This position is critical to the success of FWGs partnership with the U.S. Navy. This position will manage all command control communications computers radar etc.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manage all control communications computers navigation radar GPS antennas networks and displays

Be the engineering subject matter expert for the department

Support C4N integration troubleshooting repair planning testing and cyber related documentation

Ensure technician reach back if required

Develop and maintain professional results-oriented relationships that strengthen FWGs reputation and support positive outcomes through documented communication timely response and issue resolution

Anticipate customer concerns and engage early to mitigate risk resolve performance issues and uphold FWGs record of quality and reliability

Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and mission focus across the team

Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Electronics Computer IT/Networking or other related field

Licenses & Certifications:

Active Secret Security Clearance

DODM 8140.03 required

Security preferred

Experience:

Ten plus (10) years of experience in similar subject matter expert role

Extensive knowledge and in C4N training

C4N Training required

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to hold yourself and others accountable on short-term and long-term goals

Superior organizational skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

High level problem-solving and communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Project management principles and practices

Ability to work with various levels of personnel including senior leadership

Use of Microsoft Office software applications to include Word Excel and PowerPoint

Other:

Ability to work onsite 5 days per week with additional hours as required

Some travel as required by operational needs
