Inviting applications for the role of Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Management and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules to join a strategic Oracle EBS-to-Fusion Cloud SaaS Assessment and implementation program for a global CPG and Apparel & Footwear brand. The ideal candidate will lead the current state assessment MBP Fit-Gap analysis and future-state design for Supply Chain processes - covering Order Management Inventory Supply Chain Planning Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Manufacturing - and deliver an integrated Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM target architecture. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance Procurement PLM and CX workstreams throughout a 12-week assessment engagement and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end current state assessment of Oracle EBS R12 SCM environment covering Order Management (OM) Inventory Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) Manufacturing (WIP/WO) and 3PL/WMS integrations.

• Document and classify Oracle EBS RICEFW customizations - including Pack & Hold Configure-to-Order (CTO) parent-child order logic and reservation workflows - using our Customization Assessment Framework.

• Conduct Oracle Fusion MBP Fit-Gap Analysis for all SCM business processes and customizations documenting fit partial-fit and gap scenarios with solution approaches for each item.

• Develop future-state process maps (L2/L3) aligned to Oracle Fusion SCM Modern Best Practices leveraging our Oracle Modern CPG Industry Template as the baseline architecture.

• Lead Conference Room Pilot (CRP 0 and CRP 1) sessions to validate Fit-Gap results demonstrate Oracle Fusion SCM configuration approaches and obtain stakeholder sign-off.

• Define OIC-based integration patterns for SCM interfaces migrating from EBS to Fusion - including 3PL delivery extraction WMS integrations and Informatica-to-OIC migration patterns.

• Perform Oracle EBS data quality assessment for key SCM objects: Items BOMs Inventory Balances Open Orders and Work Orders to establish data migration readiness.

• Contribute SCM-specific inputs to 5-Year TCO modeling and Value Case development including volume metrics process benchmarks and quantified benefits such as inventory reduction and order fulfillment improvement.

• Prepare and present executive-level SCM deliverables including Current State Process Maps MBP Fit-Gap Register EBS-to-Fusion RICEFW Catalog and Oracle Fusion SCM Target Architecture.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance Procurement PLM and CX workstreams to ensure end-to-end process continuity in the future-state design.

Qualifications we seek in you!

• 8 10 years of Oracle ERP functional consulting experience with a minimum of 4 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations or assessments.

• Deep hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules: Order Management Inventory Management Supply Chain Planning Manufacturing Cloud and Product Hub.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules: OM Inventory ASCP WIP BOM Shipping and Advanced Pricing with ability to map EBS configurations to Fusion equivalents.

• Experience with Oracle Configurator (CTO/ATO/PTO) and complex order lifecycle management including parent-child order frameworks reservation management and DFF-based hold logic.

• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Pricing (Charge Definitions Price Lists Qualifier Groups) and Oracle PLM Cloud (ECR/ECO governance Item Master BOM management).

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for SCM integration design patterns and ability to define integration functional specifications for technical teams.

• Proficiency in Oracle Unified Method (OUM) for ERP assessments and CRP facilitation; strong MS Visio MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills for deliverable preparation.

• Minimum 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations including CRP facilitation data migration design and UAT support with at least one EBS-to-Fusion migration.

Preferred Experience:

Exposure to AI-augmented ERP delivery tools (e.g. our AI Maestro ) for fit-gap modeling process insights generation and architecture recommendations.

Familiarity with Celonis process mining for as-is SCM process analysis and industry benchmarking in ERP migration contexts.

Understanding of OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) architecture and its role in supporting Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud deployments.

Domain experience in CPG Apparel & Footwear Sports Goods or Consumer Goods with seasonal planning product customization and multi-channel order fulfillment.

Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist or APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
