Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end materials planning activities to support manufacturing operations ensuring supply chain alignment with production schedules customer demand and KPIs.
- Execute daily purchasing strategies for assigned commodities including ordering daily supplier engagement delivery tracking and reporting to meet service and cost objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally with sourcing manufacturing quality logistics and engineering teams to resolve supply constraints and drive continuity of supply.
- Analyze demand signals forecast changes and inventory trends to proactively mitigate risks and optimize working capital.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) engineering changes and phase-in/phase-out activities to ensure seamless material availability.
- Ensure compliance with GE HealthCare policies regulatory requirements and quality standards including documentation and audit readiness.
- Utilize ERP systems and digital tools to maintain data integrity and provide visibility into material status risks and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or related field from an accredited university or college or minimum of 4 years of experience in materials planning buying supply chain or manufacturing operations.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in medical device or highly regulated industries.
- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM CSCP) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive supplier performance improvements.
- Demonstrated experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g. Oracle SAP Maestro) and strong data analysis capabilities.
