Job Summary
The Busser plays an essential role in supporting seamless service andmaintainingservice standards throughout the dining room. Working closely with Servers and the front-of-house team Bussers ensure tables are cleared reset andmaintainedefficiently whileanticipatingserviceandoperationalneeds. This position contributes to the overall flow of the dining room by providing attentive supportmaintainingcleanliness and helping ensure every detail of service is executed with consistency and care.
Key Responsibilities
Proactivelyanticipatethe needs ofServers guests and the dining room to support smooth operations
Maintain working knowledge of food and beverage offerings toassistwith garnishing food running and service support
Execute duties with precision and consistency by following established steps of service even during high-volume periods
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment in compliance with all health and safety guidelines
Ensure side stations are properly stocked organized and prepared to meet business demands
Qualifications
Previousexperience in a full-service restaurant environment; fine-dining experience preferred
Maintain a clean polished and professional appearance
Strong multitasking skills with a dependable and diligent work ethic
Ability toanticipateguest and operational needs in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for the duration of assigned shifts andlift upto 35 pounds
