Business Transformation Site Lead

Job Summary
The Business Transformation Site Lead will be based in Fontana Ca. reporting to the Sr Director of Supply Chain Management will serve as the local site driver of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Transformation Leadership
- Execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
- Execute actionable programs across business systems operations and digital platforms based on strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency scalability and innovation.
- Digital Systems & Process Optimization
- Oversee the site-level integration and optimization of ERP PLM and other enterprise platforms (e.g. SAP S/4HANA Windchill).
- Standardize and digitize core business processes including BOM structures change order controls and data governance.
- Partner with IT and engineering to implement automation strategies (AI/MLRPA) that enhance productivity and data integrity.
- Post-M&A Integration
Qualifications:
A strong understanding of critical power manufacturing business processes across
finance supply chain manufacturing and sales is critical to the success of this role.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or
related field.
5 years of experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
2 years of experience in SAP integration preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
Proficiency in SAP integration technologies (IDocs BAPIs RFCs OData APIs) is preferred but not required.
Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) SAP PI/PO or other
middleware tools is preferred but not required.
Excellent problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
SAP certification in integration or S/4HANA modules.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge of non-SAP systems and integration patterns (e.g. REST SOAP
JSON XML).
