Responsibilities:
- As a Business Process Architect you will be responsible for analyzing and designing new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies.
- You will partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements.
- Additionally you will participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
- You will be responsible for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Business Process Management is required.
- Beginner proficiency in Agile Project Management Pharmacy Benefits Management and Agile Product Management is recommended along with intermediate proficiency in Drools Rules Engine.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive process maps and documentation to support implementation efforts.
- Conduct regular reviews of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of new technologies.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in business process management.
