Job Description
- Systems Integration & Automation
- Design and implement automated data workflows connecting Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP) with scheduling tools lab workflows and reporting systems
- Establish end-to-end data flow from production order creation scheduling execution and qualification to reporting
- Integrate systems to enable real-time updates across Operations
- Production Scheduling Enablement
- Develop and support a production scheduling framework/system that optimizes resources for maximum output
- Improve scheduling efficiency reducing manual coordination and delays
- Data Management & Database Development
- Architect scalable databases to support production lab and quality workflows
- Create data pipelines to pull data from various systems and transformation to enable KPIs and ad hoc analysis
- Cleanse standardize and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Develop data governance policies standards and best practices to maintain data integrity and compliance
- Ensure data integrity accessibility and scalability across platforms
- Reporting & Visualization
- Develop Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights catered to varying audiences
- Identify issues and create actionable alerts
- Replace manual reporting processes with automated scalable solutions
- Lab Systems & Data Integration
- Support backend data integration from laboratory systems (e.g. Chromeleon)
- Enable linkage between lab data and electronic batch records (e.g. Dozuki or equivalent systems)
- Streamline sample tracking and qualification workflows
