As aLead Business Systems Analystyouwill play a key role inthedesign andimplementation ofboth ERP (SAP) and Field Service Management (IFS Cloud)solutions thattransform business processes productivity and overall customer willwork closely withbusiness and technical teamstoidentifyneeds define system requirementsandensure successfulimplementation ofERP and Field Service Managementsolutions.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Solution Design and Delivery-Collaborate withbusinessstakeholders togather analyze and document knowledge of business processes andrelated systems to design efficient solutions that meetbusinessneedsand conform toenterprise system configuration changes andcoordinatedevelopmentefforts.
- Business ProcessImprovementAnalyze businessprocesses toidentifyinefficiencies bottlenecks andopportunitiesfor changes toIT solutionsthat willimproveproductivity reduceoperatingcosts or enhancecustomerexperience.
- TestingPerform unit tests createtestplansandcoordinate testingto ensuresolutionsmeet compliance with security and accessibility standards.
- Stakeholder CommunicationAct as a liaison between business and IT throughout the entire regular updates manage expectations andensureall parties are aligned and informed.
- Project ManagementDefine project timelines and coordinate implementation efforts to ensureprojects are delivered on time and withinbudget. Work with resource managers to secure required resources andfacilitatedemand planning and workload prioritization.
- Post-Implementation SupportEnsure solutions meetobjectivesby monitoring system
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Requires a bachelors degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 8years ofERP or FSMproject implementation experience.
- A minimum of 3years ofexperienceleading full lifecycleERP or FSMprojectimplementations.
- Strongfunctionalunderstanding ofboth ERP and FSMprocesses and concepts.
- Proven experience designingend-to-end solutions that drive operationalefficiencies.
- Demonstrated abilityto produce functional specifications for deliverables of varying size from small enhancements to large projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills strategic thinking and proficiency at addressing complex challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels from end users to senior management.
- Working knowledge of SAP SD MM CS LO FIprocesses and data structures preferred.
- Working knowledge ofmiddleware solutionsandintegrationconceptsa plus.
- IFS Cloud for Field Service Management or similar FSM platforma plus.
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $110000 - $144900 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
